In 2011,we upgraded and develop 2nd generation remove chlorine ball with rough surface and much more surface area.
In 2016,we upgraded and develop 3rd generation remove chlorine ball and do customized 1.5-2mm remove chlorine ball for US customers.
In 2019,we upgraded and develop 4th generation remove chlorine ball.The calcium sulfite content of 4th generation ball reach above 90% with high porosity ,vast surface area.
In 2021, we develop and do customized 5th generation remove chlorine ball for US customers and we also do customized 0.25-1mm remove chlorine media for Japan Market.
In 2022, To solve the problem of remove chlorine under condition of higher original chlorine content and water flow rate,we invented new technology and developed unique remove chlorine media for US customers.

Test 1

Test condition:20g calcium sulfite balls (1.5-2mm) putted in the shower, test the service life and residual chlorine removal rate of with flow rate 6.5L/min and residual chlorine 0.3mg/L.

Test 3
The test shows ZONE calcium sulfite ball with a large number of bubbles in the water, which means it has optimal water permeability and large specific surface area, This will ensures the removal efficiency of residual chlorine.
Test 4
Pour the residual chlorine solution with a concentration of 1ppm into 25g ZONE calcium sulfite ball and the residual chlorine will be removed instantly.
