Fluoride Removal Particles

Fluoride removal granule is a new type of mineral composite material, through a special process to make the fluoride in the water in contact with the material to produce a double reaction, to ensure efficient fluoride removal effect. The pore structure inside and outside of the material makes fluoride adsorbed on the surface of the filter material, producing the first adsorption reaction; at the same time, the fluoride on the surface exchanges with the OH- of the material, producing the second exchange reaction, which realizes the purpose of high efficiency fluoride removal through the physical and chemical reaction of double effect.

Strength:

·Underground mineral water with excessive fluoride can accurately remove fluoride from mineral water without affecting the other mineral contents of the mineral water.

·High capacity of fluorine removal, filling smaller quantity than activated alumina and zeolite molecular sieve filter media, can achieve the same effect of fluorine removal, saving equipment investment costs.

·Short contact time, compared with the traditional filter media can greatly reduce the volume of equipment.

·High safety, no toxic and harmful substances dissolved in the process of using

·High efficiency of fluoride removal, fluoride ions can be completely removed from water in the early stage of using. Therefore, it can take the method of mixing the raw water and treated water to further protect the filter media to extend the use cycle and reduce the operation cost.

·Strong adaptability to water quality, can maintain high capacity of fluoride removal even under poor water quality.

·Low regeneration cost and simple regeneration process

·Not only removing fluoride, but also removing iron and manganese.

Experimental condition
Origianl water, fluorine content 5.0mg/L (from underground water with fluoride) pH 6.8

Experimental procedure
Filter media filling 300-350kg, tested flow rate 1ton/h, dynamic water flow test, 1ppm fluorine content in the effluent as the end of the test

Enhance the efficiency of catalytic reaction, and the active free radicals generated during the reaction process can effectively prevent the formation of biofouling on the surface of the media, ensuring long-term stable filtration performance.
